How long will it take?

You will need two days to visit them all at your leisure.  The Museums Pass is valid until all four museums have been visited, so you can spread your museum visits over more than one trip to Burra if you wish.

Alternatively, you can purchase entry into each museum at the door if you only have time to visit one or two museums.
